I just bought an older tandem road/touring bike, but there isn't any make or model number on it. Any help on the make, model and value would be great. Here is what I know:

Frame:
Size: 56cm Captain and Stoker
Steel with "Champion No. 5 Chrom-Moly Seamless P.G Tubes Tange Industries" Decal
Tange Industries Head Set and Bottom Bracket
**Has Shimano engraved on dropouts**

Components:
Shimano 600 Brake Levers
Shimano Dura-Ace Cranks
Shimano Pedals, Chain, Cassette, Derailleurs
Winpista Drop-bars
Ukai Rims w/ Shimano Hubs (27x1 1/4)
Mafac Center-pull Brakes

Usually the bikes with idler pulleys are lower-end models, but this seems to have decent components and tubing. Maybe it was a custom job by a builder who wasn't comfortable with eccentric bottom brackets?
