Mountain Biking - Frames designed for 80mm travel forks

Hello,

I recently crashed my mtb and put a goodish sized dent in the seatstay. I'd like to re-use as many of the parts from the bike as possible, but it's got 26" wheels and an 80mm travel fork. Does anyone know of a good quality frame designed for an 80mm fork?

The current bike is a 2005 Stumpjumper Disc. So I'd be looking for a hardtail with disc brake-compatibility. The fork is stock: Fox F80RL.

Hmnn Someone here just pulled parts off a 2005 cabon frame to build a short travel bike. Who was that guy?

I like the geometry of the Sette better...but that's for me and my riding style.

That's a good question. I hope someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I think the hierarchy goes like this: SR Suntour < RST < Rock Shocks (meaning Rock Shocks would be superior).

Other than that, I'm not sure because I'm not sure if I'm the kind of person who'd pay a ton for a suspension fork.

EDIT: I just want to add a disclaimer that I mean when you're looking at $100 to $150 suspension forks in case anyone wants to start a flame war.

we have a lot of skepticism here...
what would you say a better front suspension fork would be?

I think the problem is more your price point than the brands your looking at. Any of those brands know how to build a great fork for almost any situation, some of them do. Thing is at $150 unless you or someone here can find a red hot deal then your not going to get much for your money, truely at that price you might be better going rigid. Anyway why so cheap? Iv'e followed your link to the pedal room, very pretty
