Hi!
My front wheel has started to make a noise and I'm a bit concerned. The wheel is a Spinergy Rev X. It sounds a little bit like a buzz or rattle and I assume it's coming from the hub. It happens most at high speeds or when I'm cornering (i.e. it happens when the wheel is under higher load). I don't feel any feedback through the bike or feel any resistance when rolling the wheel while it's off the ground.

I've noticed it most since I put on new tires but I'm pretty sure it's just a coincidence. Anyway, if this sounds familiar or you have some tips for troubleshooting it, let me know.

Thanks!

I'm unfamiliar with the wheel. Does the hub have a rubber seal over the left (non-drive-side) bearing?

It's a symmetrical front wheel so there is no drive side.
Here's a crappy picture if this helps.

Take the wheel off the bike. Spin it. See if you can hear the noise.
Do you have another wheel you could put on the bike? This would determine if it was the wheel or something else on the bike.

I took the wheel off and spun it and couldn't replicate the sound or feel anything unusual. If a bearing was damaged I assume I'd be able to feel some grinding. I don't have a spare wheel to test it with though.
