Yea BMX has a horrible habit of either creating standards or calling things by the wrong or a different name.

But spanish BB isn't an off the shelf bearing. Specially made. Mid BB with a 19mm ID is off the shelf, Mid BB with a 22mm ID is a specially made one as well.
