the pedals look like the ones on my early 60's lenton sports.
I can't help with the age, but that head tube angle is amazing. It's sooooooo laid back.

Hmmmmmm? This one's Birmingham made also, same lugs but no brazed pump pegs. I doubt the wood rims are correct.

hmmm, I didn't check the bottom bracket. The story I got is that the bike shop owner bought this "off a truck" some years ago for ~$50.

I have a couple of Hercs, late 30's with the same lugs and frame geometry. That one looks much nicer!
