I cannot keep my feet warm or dry. That's really 2 different problems, because sometimes I ride in dry cold, and today it was dumping! I've been trying different combinations for the cold, and today I tried the chemical packets in my shoes, with thin PI shoe covers and wool socks, but after an hour my feet were soaked and the packets didn't work anymore. What brand and model do people use for cold? For wet and cold? I'm considering PI's Toester Bootie, but someone said they had trouble staying dry in it. Anyone else use them?

You could always wrap your shoe in a plastic bag before putting on a neoprene bootie, that should keep 'em dry and warm.
