Hey i have a fixed gear bike that has 23 inch rims but i accidently bought a 25 inch tire. The guy at the store said it doesnt matter casue its a really small difference, but with that tire i popped 3 tubes in one day. im wondering is it my riding or is it cause the tires bigger than the 23 inch tube??

If you have the old tire.... Look on the sidewall of the tire and see if you can find a 700 X 23.
If so the 700 X 25 tire will be fine.

Sounds like you're underinflating or not installing the tubes properly.

:wtf: you are off on another planet.
Metric system 23 vs 25 mm in width aint squat., IE,
you are, I expect, talking about width , in MM .. not inches
diameter is not width..
have you gotten any Math classes yet?

Anyway, about sizes -- all the tubes I've bought have a range of sizes with which they'll work. That is, if my bike's tires are 700x23, I can use tubes that are marked 700x18-23 (they fit tires anywhere from 18mm to 23mm in width) or other tubes marked 700x23-28 (same deal; 23mm to 28 mm). As long as the tube's size range covers your tire, and it's installed correctly and without burrs or debris embedded in the rim tape or tire itself, then you'll be fine.
