So I've been happy with Clear up until now; recently they started throttling bandwidth based on my uploading habits, and it affects not only my upload speed but they're also choking my download speed because of it.
When you've got an advertised "unlimited usage" with a supposedly guaranteed upload speed, and you're getting 0.3% of that speed, it's time to leave.

So my question is for Comcast users with heavy upload use (2GB - 5GB individual files weekly). Do you see any heavy throttling of your speeds when doing lots of large uploads?

Yes on my residential line, no on the business line. And the business line has significantly better upload speed.

It's pretty difficult to throttle a T3 line. :innocent:

My brother inlaw works at GTRI (Georgia Tech Research Institute), over 400 Mbps up and down, it's amazing.
