Hmm, cool. I dig Minn but just would not live there. I am a tad skeptical about the "best city" qualification during winter months. For that I would MUCH prefer Boulder or Portland....

I looked at this last year when Bicycling printed it. I didn't believe it then and I don't know. The article started out tongue in cheek talking about a class on thawing out a bottom bracket and if you have to thaw out your bottom bracket the weather is at least not bike friendly.:innocent: And then some sites have whole different lists.:D

Notice most of the ones on this list wouldn't have to thaw a bottom bracket. :lol:

Wow, it is nice to know that I live in the state that has the top bike city. I live only 5-10 minutes away from Minneapolis. Minnesota is a great state to live in. Besides the horrible winters. We have great jobs and the nicest people here. Minnesota nice. ;)
