Since stumbling into Bike Forums a few weeks ago, I keep finding forums that I have a connection with and couldn't put off registering another day. I live on the Space Coast of Florida and I'm currently transforming myself from being an ex-cyclist into an ex-fat old man. I've work at shops, owned my own shop and built wheels for an importer in my early years. My longest tour was 8500 miles around the eastern US and Canada back in '79. Now at 60 years old I started out doing 10 mile rides almost every day with no problems yet and the pounds are allready starting to come off. I used to ride alot of centuries and I am trying to be able to return to them in the near future.
