I bought this off EBay. The photo was a black blob all you could see was the Cinneli stickers. So I took a chance. Ed

Do you have pics of the dropouts? I suspect the fork does not match the frame. I am not certain either Cinelli or Battaglin used Reynolds tubes.

perhaps it is just the pics but to me the work of the crown area looks much more finished than the lugg work on the frame. I

I suspect the only truth here may indeed be that the fork is Reynolds.

I'm sure it's neither a Cinelli od a Battaglin. I t221761hink it's a decent French production bike,nothing special.
