it's coming from my crank area, it clicks everytime my right leg hits nearly 12 o clock and when I do track stands/ backward circles so around 9 o clock with again my right leg. I can feel the click in my right foot (i dont ride cleats). I ride a mid 2000's bianchi pista with dura ace cranks and sugino 75 chainring. the clicking began about 5 days ago. first thing I did was loosen and retighten everything down including crank arms, pedals, chainring bolts, and even the seat post clamp/seat itself. So I came to the conclusion it must be a bottom bracket issue and I put it into the hands of the lbs. Results came back as nada. The only thing I can think of is the slight bend in the chainring, but I don't see how this could cause the click nearly every pedal revolution. I have never had problems with this bike until now. Any ideas?

Try posting in the mechanics forum. That's what it's there for.

Most likely the BB itself. I just fixed the same problem a few weeks ago with a brand new one.
