I don't know if anyone already posted this, but community board 8 in NYC is stirring the "pot" by discussing license plates on bikes. They don't have the power to do this, but it's a matter they are bringing up.

DITTO!!!

They only want plates on bikes so it makes easier to identify a corpse while the NYPD laughs about it. Because, Even with bikes being licensed, NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly will not make the NYC streets safer for cyclists.
