Decided to make some changes in my life and losing weight is one so i find myself on a bike(after 30 years of not riding),got some feet issues so walking/jogging is out.My last checkup was the final straw,all blood work came back with bad news,DR said make changes or....I didn't like the or..
just did 20 miles today on the Swamp rabbit trail here in Greenville SC on my Trek DS 8.3 bike.Approx 2 hrs so did not set any land speed records but that is not my goal.
Hopefully i will be able to get and give some good info here as i need it,the first thing i will be needing are some padded shorts for a big guy,the only thing that bothers me after todays ride is my rear,that seat was trying real hard to violate me:lol:
