Bottom of the barrel, in needs quite a bit of work conditioin: $25 to $50, if you can do all the work. If not, pass, you will be upside down on it.

All cleaned up with new tires, bar tape, cables, etc. it's probably worth around $100-$125. You'll probably spend more fixing it up than it's worth, unless you're getting it for free. Pass.
