They should, but I'm no expert on road pedals and road shoes, so I can't give an exact answer, just a guess.

Pearl Izumi mountain bike shoes will NOT. Pearl izumi road shoes (assuming they have a 3 hole bolt pattern, as most do) will.

so, what you're saying is that as long as a pair of road shoes has the three hole bolt pattern it'll work with any road shoes that also have the three hole pattern? that's awesome! thx joejack951!!
