Hello, so I noticed that my new front hub isn't spinning very well, seems like there's some drag. I took the wheel off and noticed that one of the spacers is really stuck on the hub. This is a phil wood high flange hub. The spacer has an Allen insert and so does the tightening screw (obviously). I have no idea how to get this spacer off. Please help. Thanks.
Also if the spacer is too tight on the bearing, would that cause drag? Or is it more likely that it's my bearings?
