Well, i think these can be dangerous. At this age the old carbon fibre/aluminum lug bikes can fall a part. Not too familiar with vitus bikes. I know the old aluminum ones were/are flexy and do not get much money. This one does have some nice sr parts on it which is a big plus. Im going to stick my neck out and say about 500.00. Every time I do that, some member will jump all over me and say im waaaay low. Maybe im too low but I sure wouldnt pay more than that. Its mainly the parts that make it worth that in my opinion.
I saw a 1992 (?) ALAN carbon with Campagnolo for $850 in a LBS. To be precise, the derailleurs and shifters had been replaced with Shimano indexed, but the shop owner would replace with period-appropriate Campagnolo if desired. Just a data point.

My ALAN (http://www.mytenspeeds.com/My_TenSpeeds_1/Feature_Bicycles/Feature_Bicycles_Itlay/ALAN_SuperRecord/ALAN_SUPER_RECORD_1_Start.htm) went for $700.00 USD plus $226.00 USD for shipping to a fellow in Thailand. My bike was not the Carbone model and it was fitted with Shimano 600 Arabesque components...

+1
I'd dump it for a grand, not being a huge fan of old CF especially in the larger sizes. I doubt you'd be able to sell it for more.
