Have tripped over a lovely mid 90s Perigee road bike in great condition/low wear. Gradually easing into riding to work a bit, again, plus weekend stuff. Local shop here in northern Sydney serviced it, and they're great, but thought I'd canvass opinion on replacing the Exage 300X~everything, when the time comes.
It's all going well for the time being, but am thinking Shimano 105. Anyone have any idea what dollars would be in front+rear+brakes?
I'm old, so well used to down-tube shifters. :o But I guess everything is integrated into brake handles now.
..edit. Realise this maybe should be under Regional>Aust./NZ
