I had my bicycle stolen yesterday (a 2006 Gary Fisher Tassajara hardtail which I had upgraded with a manitou match fork and spent a lot of time improving). I used that bike as a commuter bike, and now I'm looking for a replacement (a road bike this time).

It seems like a fair price, but I talked to the owner and he doesn't know what model year it is. Can anyone help identify what year it is? And is there anything I should watch out for with this bike or recommendations for me (I'm looking for a road bike for less than $400)? Thanks.
