Wreck.

I got a good old hand pump from a friend and it seems durable and well made, it has no hose, but unfortunately I have no idea if it's hoseless or not, I couldn't find a hose on the internet that seems to match it. I've tried it on my bike which has a Dunlop valve and it was a bit loose but with some effort i managed to inflate the Dunlop valve tire, the pump was powerful but the non fitting valve was a problem.
I compared it to some similar ball inflating pumps but it seemed different.
I like the pump and I would like to keep it. so, I would be grateful if you guys helped me determine what type of pump it is. and which kind of hose or adapter I should use, since it doesn't match Dunlop or Schrader. could it be Presta? I'm not sure, I don't have a Presta valve. but the screw thread on the valve makes it clear that something should be attached to it, likely a hose or maybe an adapter.
I've attached a pic of the pump and its socket with some descriptions.
Thanks in advance
