Just wanted to say Hi! And introduce myself. My name is Russ, and I have been riding as a hobby for years, usually just around the neighborhood for something to do. 4 years ago I started doing Bike EMS in my town at large events, which turned my interests into longer distance riding. On June 14th of this year, I was diagnosed with MS, after not being able to walk for almost a month, I set my sights on getting better and getting healthy and the best way for me to do that was by getting on my bike. I started out my first day only being able to do just under 3 miles, which sounds impressive except for the fact that prior to getting sick my average ride was about 10 miles. I kept training and getting longer and longer, September of this year I was able to do the Bike MS City to Shore 75 mile ride. So now I am registering to do several more Bike MS events.
