Seems like such a basic survey that it's hard to imagine that you would get any useful information out of it.

Bikes are already safe. There already is a way to improve safety, and it involves not being stupid.

Also, what's a conventional adult bicycle, and how is it different than hybrids, MTBs, and "sports/touring" bicycles?
