One says: "Oh look! A ferris wheel, that is TOO cool. I'm going to get on."
The other says, "You wouldn't catch ME up there! When you're at the top, the whole world can look up your skirt and see your underwear. I'm going to go get me a corn dog."
She comes back and see her friend getting off the ferris wheel and says, "Well! I guess you don't care if the whole world can see your underwear!"
Her friend replies, "No, you warned me about that, so I took it off!"
