I completed two rides last week on the Schuylkill River Trail. The SRT, when complete, will provide a 100 mile bike route from the Delaware River to Pottsville, PA, source of the Schuylkill River (and home of Yuengling Brewery.)
First ride was Tuesday, on a new stretch of trail, three mile between Phoenixville and Spring City. The trail here is small gravel, with some paved stretches. It's 3 miles long, but I did seven by riding back and forth.

I followed up on Saturday with 22 miles on a group ride with Bike Forums members on a paved section of trail from Audubon to Spring Mill. I struggled to keep up, but I'm pleased I spent the time in good company and did as well as I did after eight weeks off the bike.
