I couldn't find one, but I finished the month at 403 Miles.
But some of those are on an indoor Spinner. Weather is starting to suck here!
Spinning is kicking my but a lot harder than outdoor cycling. There is no coasting! I am using Spinervals DVD's and I'm getting one heck of a workout.
