I have been buying parts slowly overtime and now I am ready to put it together.
I am seriously considering buying this frame which looks stunning and light however I can't find much info.
I am willing to spend $250 on good aluminum frame. If you have a better suggestion let me know.Thank you.

Since this is the commuting forum, I'll comment in that light.
The linked frame (I had to search for the model ID - the link did not work) has almost 0 utility - no provision for fenders or racks, and is probably limited on tire size options.

IMO a far better frame is this Civia Hyland (http://www.universalcycles.com/shopping/product_details.php?id=35830&category=4344) - the price is a steal. The geometry allows for a pretty sporty flat bar (or drop bar) build, with some really smart features. Bear in mind you'll need to also buy the dropouts (http://www.universalcycles.com/shopping/product_details.php?id=35529).

Are you buying this as a commuter? Hard to really advise without knowing what your commute is like? What's your build going to be like?

IMHO there is a extremely narrow range of commute conditions that this bike suited for. As a daily commuter in varying conditions I'd say it's a very poor choice. Keep looking.

Why not get a Nashbar Double-Butted Aluminum Road Bike Frame. It costs $60 and alreay comes with dropouts!
