Mr. Beanz

One of my close childhood cousin had a bad bout with cancer for a couple of years. Our families really pulled together helping her financially etc. She has been cancer free for few months now, amazing considering the docs told her she had maybe 3 month so live.
Well, her kids do those cancer walks and really get involved with the activities etc. Even though she has been cancer free, her kids and our family stay involved. So another relay for life event is coming up in August. In order to raise money, my cousin Joey's childhood friend said he would organize bicycle ride to raise money for her if they could convince one of he family members to commit to pulling out a 75 miler.
Seems his friend rides on the San Gabriel trail (rival to our Santa Ana River Trail:D) So Joey asks, all I have to do is get one of my cousins to do participate in the ride and do a 75 mile ride with you?" Friend says, "yes, I don't care which one, just as long as it's a relative and he's willing to struggle through a 75 mile ride." Even if he rides a beach cruiser, as long as he commits to completing a 75 miler, I will organize a cycling event to raise money for Lorraine."
Most of my cousins are inactive and not in any kind of shape so I think he's expecting it to be real tough to find a member that will "attempt" a 75 miler. He says the elected family member has until April to train for the ride.:D
So tonight I get the call from Joey, "Mr. Beanz, you still riding?"
I think ol James is in for a surprise!:D
Yes, my cousins actually call me Mr. Beanz.:D
