I never thought I would make it to 72!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No long ride today due to some family considerations.

Did get in 72 continuous pushups and 3 x 24 = 72 body dips.

I am off to the pool for a good swim.

You could whup my ass.
