Hi guys
I'm and old geezer of 60 ,don't know where all those years went, niceto see u young fella's are not wasting it.
I started cyling 3 months ago and had purchased a brigestone 450 it's a very pretty bike and could not resist it.
My question to the group is what grade of bike is this compared to the bridgestone line and are there any suggestions as to any component upgrade.
I recently added kelly take off's which I am very happy with.

The Bridgestone 450 was a late 1980s, upper entry level bicycle. There would have been one, or possibly two models below it in the line-up.

Without knowing you, your type of riding and preferences, I wouldn't suggest any particular upgrades.

Thank u T-mar for the reply
I just like to ride for pleasure and fitness, I try to put in 10-15 miles a day, 3-5 days/wk.
At 60 u don't recover too well and it seems too take forever to build up some quad strength.
Thanks again for the reply, this really seems like a nice group of people.
