I was told that the adhesive strength to the carbon rim is about 75% of that to the aluminum rims. so, i'm wondering tubular tires installed on the pure carbon rim is ok to be used on track. thanks in advance.

Of course, make sure you use quality tire and glue and have a competent mechanic install it...even if that mechanic is yourself :)
