For those who have no idea who that is, Dr. Murray is apparently the doctor attending to Michael Jackson when he died.

I think "attending" isn't the right word, but I think legally it is true. :)

More like "letting him kill himself" or something.

Who's Michael Jackson? Isn't that the guy O.J. killed, with the one glove thing?

If it does not fit, you must get into your white Bronco and run from the law!

If he gets the death penalty, will he administer his own lethal injection?

Also, has anyone seen a schedule for the riots yet? I would like to participate but I am not sure I can Occupy and Riot at the same time. It is getting hard to be indignant in this day and age.

Riots are in front of the courthouse. Occupying is going on in front of any large bank. If you can find a courthouse and a bank next to each other, you can do both at once!

Speaking as someone who works in healthcare risk management, as soon as I heard the fact pattern of the case, I told my wife months ago that he would be convicted of involuntary manslaughter. The manner in which he administered and monitored the propofol was criminally negligent, as the jury found. You would not find very many physicians who would disagree with the jury verdict.

What are they going to riot about? Healthcare costs?

And if you are REALLY lucky and on the right day, and have your bike, you can do critical mass too!

All he did was help a drug addict to quit.

Dude for $150k/month the least you can expect is to not get killed.
