Just a heads up, had a semi-frustrating interaction with Chris in customer service today. If you place an order which will be shipped to a different address than your billing address, expect the order to be delayed until you confirm your credit card number through email or by phone. Both struck me as sketchy, but YMMV. Especially sketchy and paranoid because I'm not sure who, upon reciept of a stolen credit card, would only purchase a bottom bracket, some chainring bolts, a chain tool, a half link and the cheapest saddle they sell instead of running up the tab a little more than the minimum amount to get free shipping.
