Sooo its November and it was in the 60's here in Upstate NY... Supposed to be almost 70 tomorrow... I will be on the bike again tomorrow with a different destination in mind I believe. I took my camera along for the ride today although I didnt use it all that much I did snap a few pictures. It was awesome riding weather slight breeze and plenty warm enough without being to warm the sun shining... anyway here is one of the pictures I took. Found this spot in an alley I rode though.

I like your bike. Is the saddle bag the kind that snaps in? Bontrager?
Chef yes it is... there are also straps on the bottom of the bag. I learned the hardway not to trust the snap in feature alone. I hit a small bump and jettisoned the bag one of the first days I had it. So I usually fasten one of the velcro straps to the rack as well.

mgw: Really? Mine doesnt have straps :( I did put a zip tie on the bar where it snaps so it is harder for it to snap out when I am riding. No issues.
They make a lot of different saddle bags that fit on the rack. A friend has two grocery bags that quick snap and also he has to saddle bags that fit on the side. Kinda neat.
Will be getting a set like that soon for my mtn bike commuter.

Cool picture :) Looks like an advertisement. Nice bike also. What kind is it?
Chef yeah i have panniers too because when i go to work when it is cold that trunk bag is not big enough. For a little ride like today it works very well. I really like the panniers. I will get a pic sometime with them on it. Sherilynn it is a Trek FX 7.3 and i love it. I am looking for a road bike this spring though for days like today when i just want to ride.
These are the ones that I have http://www.axiomgear.com/products/gear/bags/panniers/cartier-dlx/ I like them quite a bit. They hold a ton of stuff.
