Classic & Vintage - Question about re-painting a Schwinn Paramount

Is there anyone that specializes in re-painting vintage Schwinn Paramount's? I know nothing about the high end bikes and would like a little information please.

Matt Assenmacher in Swartz Creek, MI did a very nice restoration repaint/decal job on my '85 Waterford Paramount.

It is so tempting to paint an old road bicycle. A scratch here, and a chip there. A bit, or a lot, of art missing. When is painting a bicycle warranted? The "Schwinn-Approved" rims on my '72 P15 are Weinmann clinchers (not the best rim choice for modern tires however).

My '72 P15 came from the factory with Mavic Championnat Du Monde tubular rims. I relaced the Record high flange hubs to 700c Open Pro clincher rims.
