Rode Dupont State Park this weekend. i am officially spoiled. Thanks Crypid01 for your suggestions earlier. i don't know if I can go back to Tsali ever again. Well worth the extra hour of driving.

I filmed the entire ridgeline run, including a nasty fall at the about :55. The first minute is raw including crash narrative. After that I picked up music to make the video cooler and to cover my moaning.

Well, I didn't see it coming either. There were several things at play here.

1. The trail was extremely dry and hard. I drifted off left and overreacted and tapped the front brake and it was like I was on ice.

2. I am a mountain biking poser and forgot that I didn't know what I was doing.

I hate it when crashes look lame on video. I hurt like hell today. My hip is sore and i have a couple ribs that are touchy. it could have been a lot worse. There are thousands of Sonny Bono opportunities there.
