Look for any with a smooth tread or at least a center ridge, to maintain smooth contact with the roller.
If worst comes to worst, and you can't find a smooth tread tire, buy the closest you can find, and carefully wind a number of turns of friction tape (the cloth stuff we used to use on hockey sticks), to make a high friction smooth tread that will work with a minimum of roller pressure.

This tape thing loops promising, but I just do not know what is "the cloth stuff", have you been doing this?
