The State of Florida has a campaign going right now, to try and slow the number of deaths on the roads to pedestrians and bicyclists. It seems too many are being killed in Florida and now the state is trying to make motorists aware. Until the politicians take it down, there's a short film clip the state has up on its DOT web site...

The linked material actually uses the same pun. Use the side arrows to access the full info. "See the blinds spots" is also a play on words and refers to 'blind spots' in the minds of non-motorists. It's not just about the video.
A lot of it is about pedestrians and cyclists taking care.
