Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - Need help with the right size frame!

I'm looking to buy a bike but im not sure what size I should get. I think I'm gooing to be buying a Kilo TT Stripper edition but I have no clue which one to get. I'm 5'6 to 5'7 and the sizes they give me are 53cm 55cm and 57cm any suggestions? please i need help

I'd do the fit calculator (http://www.competitivecyclist.com/za/CCY?PAGE=FIT_CALCULATOR_INTRO) and go from there.
Everyone is different
ie. I'm 5'10" and a 53 kilo feels good to me but not everyone who is 5'10" has the same proportions.

Oh ouch, hope he gets better. OP, Jaytron usually pipes up with the competitive cyclist fit calculator link. He's helpful that way.

I had a 50cm kilo and it fit me well at 5'4" since I had long legs. I have couple other friends that are 5'7" 5'8" that also ride at 50cm and the frame fits them as well. I have one friend at 5'10" that has a 53cm and it fits him fine. Of the sizes youve given, I'd suggest that you get the 53cm if they are out of the 50cm.

Kilos have pretty long top tubes, so if you have relatively short arms for your height, then go a size down from what you think you'd normally fit.
Also, they fit a size bigger, so keep that in mind.
