I've been riding on these for about a month. A friend of mine gave up on getting his to fit, but mine are still good. Watch the videos on the site before you buy -- they'll give you a good idea of how you have to tweak and work the fit.
The fenders are meant to be tied to brake caliper bolts, so you'll have to improvise if you don't have caliper brakes in front or rear. And they're designed for low-clearance bikes, so if you have a lot of room between tire and fork/frame they won't fit as well.
So far they've been good to me, though I haven't ridden in heavy rain yet.

+1 on the Crud Roadracers. I've had mine (Mk 1's) on my fixed gear going on my 2nd season. I put a bolt and locknut through the rear brake bridge hole to mount the rear fender and I run Continental 23mm Gatorskins. It took a little fiddling but once I got them set up I haven't had to touch'em. They work great.

If you want a temporary solution (i.e., easily removeable/attached), there's sks raceblades

Any, so long as you have clearance and fender eyelets, which i believe the brougham has. I use an SKS fender that clips onto my seatpost and I don't have any complaints besides periodic shifting left and right

yeah I've decided I need some easily removable ones. roads are getting wet more often and this **** is driving me bananas.

I use Crud RoadRacer MK2s -- they come with 2 "tails", the smaller one looks awesome aesthetically but still launches a very slim rooster tail like 15 feet in the air at speed. The bigger tail is closer to full coverage and widens at the end for riding with other people.

SKS P35 $38 come in black and silver. just got em and they're nice, but if u need to take them off, its a pain.

eh.. If you're riding in rain you're going to get soaked with any kind of fenders.
As far as light rain and just wet roads (after rains) the race blades have worked flawlessly for me. *shrug*

i zip tied some SKS longboard fenders on my steamroller.... the coverage is amazing, and i do get far less wet (feet/legs) even in massive downpours.

If it rains: take the train. The street cred deterioration caused by fender installation far outweights the benefits of having them installed in the first place

can't tell if trolling or stupid. also, the clip-on works well enough if you're poor (like me), and are already gonna get soaked if you live in a place that's constantly drenched in rain and/or snow (like me). But I will admit, legit full fenders do look damn good.

I'm tempted to roll back to my beater road bike for the winter because it has full fenders and my ass is dry when I get to class.
Then again, I installed one of those seat-post mounted rear racks on my fixie. Don't have a picture of just the rack, but here's my saxophone ghetto-strapped onto said rack.
It's got enough metal covering the space right over my rear wheel so that I get no line of dirt up my back.
