Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

They seem to go together. There are some other factors.I'm getting older and I've dinged my back a few times while weight lifting (I used to competitively powerlift and spent some time Olympic lifting) as well as high school and college football.

Despite that the fact that I have very little weight on the bars and what there is is not distributed evenly is the biggest problem.

Raise the bars? Shorten the reach? Go the opposite? Thoughts and advice are welcome!

Happy Thanksgiving.
