Two Fish also has several you could use on either stem riser or seat post.

I added water bottle braze ons to my folder and since I use it for long rides and tours added a saddle mounted double for extra capacity as one of my frame bottles usually is a thermos of tea and one is for fuel.

Have been the folder in a stripped down test mode with nothing but the seat back double and this is great.

How difficult it to add braze ons? (I am thinking on top of the main tube of my Brompton). Does it require stripping and repainting? Does it weaken the frame?

For the OP, you may wan to look here http://www.nordicgroup.us/cageboss/

Not sure how well this might go over in Nutley, NJ, home of the OP.

Gentlemanly way to ride, though :)

If it is a steel frame it should be a pretty straight forward job and riv nuts are typically used to prevent any marring of the frame.

As I was rebuilding my folder to be more of a separable touring bike I had planned to strip and refinish the frame so the torch work was not an issue.

as above , brazing them in requires a repaint, Riv Nuts Not.

I stow a water bottle in one of the 2 pockets on the back side of my Brompton Touring Bag.
the super deluxe O bag uses the same as the accessory pouches
Ortlieb makes for Pannier add ons.
also in their Pannier add-ons is a water bottle holder, and perhaps those are compatible.

Do riv nuts weaken the frame? What about brazing? Is the paining local or the entire part?

I ride the Brampton with a small saddle bag.

well it is a hole, but like a poprivet the riv nut expands within the hole.

so I offer a Maybe , because I have not Riv nutted a Brompton, and
hammered on it for decades ..
I own a Koga World tour , it has Riv Nuts all over the place , frame made of 7005
and is a Loaded touring bike that people have traveled the world on..

want to feel 100% safe get the 2 fish strap on cage.. and dont do anything.
Or as I do stuff a bottle in the Touring bag's back pocket

Do they Powder coat them now , except the clear lacquer ones?
then touch up paint will never be the same.. the clear lacquer is a piece o
Cake , just more lacquer.

Would you mind posting a close-up pic of the stem clamp/headset, AngryScientist? I'm curious as to what Citizen have opted for on this bike.

there are Minoura 2 bottle racks that clamp to the seat rails.
I use them to mount my Carradice bags onto my non Brooks Saddle.
So, you can stick 2 bottle cages on those..
