I bought my NOS 04 cross frameset from Cannondale for 650.00. It is the disc brake version. Looks like a great deal.

It sound's OK. Aluminum is not my preferred material for CX but I think that with some extra effort and a little more money you can find even sweeter deals. I found a NOS Pinarello steel CX frame for $500. It was sitting for a few years in a bike shop on the East Coast. None wanted it and I came acros it. It was discounted almost $400.
