It's seldom I find one this bad around my area.

I don't see how it could make a good commuter when the tire nearly rubs the DT.

When I see something like that, I usually post a warning message on CL. I saw one once where the front wheel was actually PAST the downtube!

i think perhaps he wants to buy a great commuter after he unloads that on someone. criminal. i emailed him.

I emailed the guy, here's his response: "Honestly I thought I put that in the add I realize now i didn't and will fix it now, yes it has a bent fork but that all that is wrong with the bike so i thought it was still worth the asking price with the bent fork.
Thank You,"

He sent that response at noon, now 5:00, the ad is unchanged. A bit sleazy if you ask me...
