Hi there, new here and looking for some info on a bike I have acquired.
While going through the abandoned property at a friend's tow yard, I came across a Gary Fisher Capitola, in very good shape.
I know very little about these bikes, except that it's considered a Hybrid, and Gary Fisher now works for another company.
From the looks of the frame, it's a Girl's Bike (I was surprised to see they still made that differentiation in the PC world), and there is a (15") sticker on the frame, though online all the references I have found for Capitolas are either 14.5", or 16.5".

All Shimano Hardware works, though the rear brake may need adjustment. No grips on the bars either.
I would like to know how to determine it's model year, and if it is actually as good of a bike as it looks.
Thanks for any input,
