Foo - BF members you miss.

After being gone for a while, I've decided to make a return and i'm sad to see a few of the regulars from a while back are gone. Pretty much everybody from the BMX forum is gone, and so is Vega and East Hill.

Whos posts do you miss seeing?

FreeCycle, Merton, Vega, BDG, Eboo, Explody, all the OG gang from BMX, Portis, Stacey and many others that I cannot recall right now.

And welcome back WTP! Crankshaft is another I miss, as is MinesBroken

Snowy, Cypress, substructure...

There are several I miss, but my aim is getting better.

Stacey and Lady Vega; both had grace and poise.

Seems like a lot of the people are already listed - another is Al Wong. And King Termite.

No one really. Most of the users that went missing that I liked are my friends on facebook.

The only three I can remember are substructure, King Termite and Easthill (I joined in the later part of '08 I think). I enjoyed their posts, but miss them? Not really. There are so many people that post here that the void of anyone who stops posting is filled by someone else. Even Pcad is expendable.

Only people who play in P & R understand - but I really miss Old Scratch!

We've had a huge turnover since Joe sold the forum, including Joe and Shadiyah. But others I miss are KrisPisofferson, Lord Opie, and all of the Oregon group including Perigrin and 55RAD. I see 55RAD now and then at event rides. The whole LA group are gone now too, Brandi, JChen and all the others. Must be time for me to take the door too. Cycle Magic and MsVicki are both long gone. MsVicki took several of her characters with her, most notable of which was the Underwear Nazi.

Funny I came in with the whole LA Group (we started over at OLN.com)... with the exception of Tprevost, I think I am the only one left.

I totally forgot about Merton and King Termite. I was going to post up Sheldon last night, but that was a loss for the cycling community not just the BF community.

So many are gone now, I think those who have left outnumber those who have stayed. It's pretty much a skeleton crew these days.

I think the hope that some of the old folks will pop back in some day keeps me here as much as anything. That, and just plain habit.

Cypress, Second Mouse, Steve Weixel, El Diablo Rojo, 55/Rad, CrimsonKarter21, Vireo and Brandy. (I know some of them aren't totally gone, but they don't post much anymore.)
