I assembled everything.
Inside the three-leg base tube, there is a sleeve that holds the upper tube.
The upper tube is so tight inside the sleeve that it is impossible to rotate or adjust the height of the stand.
I put a little bit of grease in the sleeve but didn't help at all.
The screw that is supposed to hold the upper tube in place is not even installed.
I can put my full body weight onto the upper tube and still it wouldn't move.
It takes two people to adjust the height and to rotate (one holding the base).
It works nothing like this:

Anyone had similar experience?
This is frustrating.
Thanks
Rex
