Hey there crossers!

I would like to have a simple opinion.

I have a Specialized Tricross Comp 2009 56 (with some upgrades). Shimano 105 2011 STI levers, cassette and Chain. Michelin cyclocross mud2 tires in 700x30 are on the way from Europe with a member of my family.

My weight is 80 kg... yes, I am a bit heavy :D

Now the point is that I want to buy a new saddle. I am planning to get the Specialized toupe pro team with titanium rails but I am a little concerned about my riding style and my weight... would this be a good choice? I dont run cyclocross at the moment, so remounts are not in my riding style :) BUT I ride on road and off road every day.
