Hola!

I work for an NGO in Lima - Peru promoting the urban cycling as a way to help poor people to commute and save money besides of developing a cleaner air and more friendly city.
Any info that you can provide of succesful programs to make people biking in your places will be more than appreciated.

Most people on these forums don't know about the roads, traffic, and cycling that already exists in Lima. Describe these, and ask for the same advice, on the commuter or advocacy forums. Good luck with your cause, and welcome to the forums.

Como estas? Tengo unas preguntas. 1) pueden comprar bicicletas la gente alli? 2) como son los caminos y calles alli? son feos? Mejor que usan biciletas con las llantas gordas, como "mountain bikes" o "hybrids" De todos modos, como pueden comprar bicilcletas allie si son pobres? Espero tu respuesto.
