I have titanium freehubs on a new set of Rolf wheels I am getting for my road bike, and was thinking that an alloy cassette lockring might be better than steel, as it is softer material, and will have less chance of damaging the softer freehub material as well. It is also lighter.

Is there any inherent problems with using an alloy lockring vs steel? Longevity/Durability issues?

Also, what would be the best anti-seize compund you guys recommend for a Ti freehub? I used regular Chevron synthetic grease in the past for steel, but thought maybe this Ti hub might need something differant. Any suggestions?
